For more than 40 years, I have helped executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, retirees, and organizations solve complex challenges, seize new opportunities, and adapt to changing environments.
Today, artificial intelligence is creating the most significant workplace transformation since the arrival of the personal computer, the internet, and mobile technology. Having guided clients through each of those technology revolutions, I now help individuals and organizations understand how AI can improve productivity, decision-making, communication, customer service, and business performance.
My career has evolved alongside technology:
In the 1980s, I helped organizations adopt desktop publishing and digital communications.
In the 1990s, I guided executives and teams in using the internet for research, marketing, and customer engagement.
In the 2000s, I helped clients leverage websites, search engines, social media, and digital marketing to generate leads and reduce costs.
From 2020 to present, I help my clients evaluate and implement AI tools that enhance efficiency, strengthen decision-making, improve communications, and create competitive advantage.
From pioneering desktop publishing on a Macintosh in 1984, to leading national marketing initiatives, to exploring practical AI applications for business owners and professionals, I have spent my career helping people adapt successfully to change.
My clients include executives, entrepreneurs, small business owners, retirees, professionals, and organizations facing important decisions involving growth, leadership, technology, retirement, succession planning, and life transitions.
In addition to my consulting practice, on a seasonal basis, I serve as a Senior Tax Analyst with H&R Block, where I help more than 300 individuals and business owners annually navigate tax, retirement, and financial planning issues. This experience provides a practical perspective on the challenges facing retirees, families, and small businesses.
