The Seroka Group, Inc. is a specialized consultancy that works with C-level executives, entrepreneurs and small business owners to develop strategic marketing, corporate communications and public affairs programs directed at generating measurable results. 

Since 1960, we have served thousands of executives and more than 100 leading firms.  Based in Fairfield County, CT, our marketing firm supports senior executives at high-growth companies by implementing programs designed to achieve their specific corporate objectives. Creative associates from the company work on an outsourced project or per diem, or as a strategic advisor and executive coach.  We are flexible and able to adjust our terms and role to suits their needs. 

Joseph Seroka founded consulting company in 1960 and provided marketing services to many national corporations until 1983.  Some of those early clients served were: AMF, BF Goodrich, Economics Laboratories, Field & Stream Magazine, Inside Sports Magazine, ITT Continental Baking, Nestle Foods, Newsweek, Time magazine and Union Savings Bank.

For the past 30 years, Paul Seroka has supervised all client engagements and integrated technology, digital marketing and social media approaches into the firm’s practice areas. One of his unique capabilities is to provide executive coaching support to early-stage companies and high-growth organizations.  Clients benefit from a wide range of strategic marketing and innovation consulting services designed to achieve their unique goals.  If needed, he will serve as a board member, or interim Chief Marketing Officer for companies that require transitional support on an outsourced extended basis.
